General Information About Condominium Insurance

Condominium Insurance has some different considerations.

Insurance is most likely carried by your condominium association. This insurance, however, usually covers only common areas such as the pool, sidewalk, and roof. It will not insure your personal property inside your home. Every situation is different.

We will consider any changes you have made inside your condominium. If someone is injured in your home this insurance will also cover liability.

Annual Review
