The agnecy that handles this insurance transaction will disclose non-public information concerning you, the policy holder, to non-affliliates except as permitted by law in the following cases

• To a third party if the disclosure will enable that party to perfom a business, professional or insurance function for us;
• To a lienholder, mortgagee, assignee, lessor, adjuster, auditor or other person shown on our records as having legal or beneficial interest in a policy of insurance.

Fees and Commissions

The J. Byrne Agency may receive income in several forms in connection with the issuance of a policy attained through our agency. Renumeration may be received as: commissions or other amounts paid by the insurer, fess paid by the applicant in addition to commissions (a separate written agreement would be required), and investment income on premiums collected. In addition, the agency may receive contigent commisssions or other amounts paid by the insurer, including, but notlimited to amounts based on aggregate agency loss experience, retention and/or the volume of business placed with the insurer/

Interest in Stock Ownership of Other Companies

The owners of this agency, ot yhe agency itself, might, from time to time, own a stock interest in specific insurance companies, finance companies, wholesale companies, inspection companies, claims adjustment companies, and other companies with which we place business.
